She is the best dog ever! We are so in love.

Hi Mike, I wanted to write in and tell you about our wonderful experience with our lab, Zoey, that we adopted from you in 2016. Zoey has been a wonderful addition to our family and continues to be a great family member and future service dog for Stephanie. It was difficult to train her not to bite, but as the new lab owners, we just needed the expertise in tools from an experienced trainer and what we thought was a large problem was easily fixable. You gave us many helpful tips that helped to overcome our frustration as new dog owners and we needed some time to acclimate to having a dog in our home.

Zoe's temperament as a dog is extremely friendly and she loves people both family members and strangers. Not only did we enjoy adopting Zoe from you, we have been able to write to you with any questions and you give us the answers based on your own experience which is very helpful to new pet owners.

Zoe is well on her way to being a service dog and has some more training to do, but we enjoy every day with her and love her every day. This all begins with a good foundation from her breeder and we cannot imagine life without her being a part of it. We would definitely recommend ladybug labs and will definitely adopt again from you as our experience has been wonderful. Our trainer says that Zoey is a very hard-working dog and loves to have a job to do which will make her a great service dog.

Thank you,
Stephanie and Brandon Swartz

Subject: Update

Hi Mike and Ann:

Just an update from Watertown. Maya is still doing great and still just as unconcerned as she ever was. She is still great with the kids and minds very well. Its great to go camping and always, always hear that she is so well mannered and behaved. She never barks at anything or other dogs like the little ankle biters. We are So So pleased with her. She is well ajusted to her crate but gets a bonus with the old comforter and Andrea and I's King size bed. If we could only get her to lay lengthwise with us and not across so that she is touching both of us. But if asked to move, or get in her crate she just gets up and moves. I have trained her with obedience and she listens well, and now have trained her to track by scent and has done that well too. How fun..Very smart dog. Did you ever find out anything about the accident with the other dogs? I am so sorry to hear about that, and think of you all often. The puppies look great on the site, but we still are quite happy with one, especially with traveling and camping. She is spoiled to have her own bottom bunk since we have four bunks and two kids.. She gets her own for the weekend.

Thanks again

Hope all is well.

Any contact with her sibblings and if they are so calm like she is?

Dear Mike & Anne, Thank you for our new puppy Lizzie. We've taken her for rides and she is starting to like it more and more. Lizzie is a very fast learner and is doing very well at puppy training classes. we have given her a few baths and she likes getting into the tub but not having the water poured on her back to wash her, but she's getting there. Just wanted to let you know we are all getting along just fine, except for the cat, but she is starting to come in the kitchen where we keep lizzie for a short period of time to check things out. Also, potty training is going very well. If lizzie has to go she will go up to the door and scratch a little and whine let us know she needs to go out. We will keep you updated on how she is progressing.

Thank you again,

Joe, Penny & Gabrielle Plouffe

Hi Anne,

Thanks for the recipe. We received the other ones in the mail as well. I can't wait to try them and to see how Caffrey likes them. She is doing well. We have been trying to crate train her and she seems to become quickly acquainted with it. We are still working out her walking schedule and trying to see when she needs to go. We've missed a couple of times, but hopefully will get better at it.

We took her to the vet the other day and all seems to be fine. Her eye was a little red so we are just monitoring it a bit. But she was well behaved all throughout the visit!

We definitely have a curious little one as she loves to explore and is always interested to see what is going on around her! She has a great temper and have been told by others how well behaved she is.

We can't wait for the warmer weather so we can take her out on longer walks.

Hope all is well.

Thank you for our new puppy. We have named her Lizzie, short for Elizabeth. We are starting puppy training today. We took her to work all day on Friday and then to the vet friday afternoon and she told us that Lizzie is in very good health. We are to go back on the 28th to get her next set of shots. She is a very fast learner. Here is a few pictures we've taken and will keep you updated on how Lizzie is doing.

Thank you again,

Hello Mike & Ann George and I couldn't be happier with Missy.
She was such a good girl on the long ride home.
She was getting alittle antsy on the way home but it was because she had to poop and pee.
I have never seen such a well behaved animal.
It's obvious why people purchase dogs through breeders.
Thank you for allowing us to expand our family with such a sweet, affectionate, and beautiful little puppy
She is sleeping right now in our living room.
We will keep in touch and send some pictures.

Thank you again.
Best regards,
Mary & George Withers

Subject: Josey

Anne and Mike,

Good Morning! I just wanted to give you an update on Josey. She did well last night in the crate, she cried a little but overall she did well. She woke me up 4AM this morning to go to the bathroom and hasn't had any accidents in the house at all. I put her downstairs while I was getting ready today and she bark a bit but calmed down after a little while.

I brought Josey to my parents last night to meet the pug we were worried about and they got along fine. The pug was a little aggressive but he was more scared of Josey than Josey was of him.

I'll try to keep you updated on how she does. Thanks!!

I recently bought a dog from Ladybug Labs and I am extremely happy with my new puppy. She has adapted very well and was already housebroken when we picked her up. She's twelve weeks old now and already knows how to sit, shake, lay down, come and stay. She's a great dog and it was the best Christmas present I've ever received. I would highly recommend Ladybug Labs to anyone who is looking for a Lab. Thank you Mike!

It has been 7 months since we purchased our yellow lab from you and we are to say the least the most satisfied with her stock. She has been the best dog I have ever seen or have been closely affiliated with. Since the day we brought her home, June 14, 2008, I think I have heard her bark 4 times. And the bark was only to play with the kids, or seeing herself in the mirror. She is the best dog I have ever seen. We seldom have her on her leash and she was trained within the first 3 months I had her. Her obedience is great and she listens even off her leash while walking to the heal command. I sometimes think she is human because she cues into what I am commanding and she does it. I have begun to train her with scent tracking and she has taken on to this extrordinarily well. I have the kids hide in the dark across our almost 1 acre land and she concludes her search at the girls. They love this, and so does she. I have to say, I was hesitant on paying the cost for the dog in the beginning, but seeing her intelligence level and what she has done with us, she was well worth it. Thank you again for a great missing link to our lives. We truly are grateful to you and your wife for your hard work, and great breeding of the labs.

Hey Mike!

The puppy Remington is doing good. He is a very smart dog and a quick learner. I took him to a training class and he was the youngest dog there and learned everything so easily. He turned out to be the teachers pet. He is getting very big these days, pushing about 80 lbs or so! I only have one picture of him on my email so until I get home and upload a few, Ill send you the only one I had. Sorry about that! Do you guys still have Penny?

Hi Mike,

We all love our new addition to the family "Bambino"! He is doing well. We are having much success in getting him to go outside to pee and poop. He's had a few accidents inside, but since he is a puppy, we knew enough to expect this. My children took him to the vet yesterday. Other than a few fleas, Bambino was pronounced a healthy puppy. He now weighs 24 lbs! For the first 24 hours that we had Bambino, he was relatively quiet. Ever since that first day he has become very active, like a typical puppy. He is sleeping and eating well.

Thanks for thinking of us.
